We know what it takes to lead from the front. As ex-CEO and ex-CTO, we combine over 30 leading teams in the tech industry, and we've lived the highs and lows of real leadership. We navigated industry disruptions, steering teams through rapid change, and making the tough calls when needed.

Cristina has spent over 18 years at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation, leading global teams at tech companies. At Amazon, she drove high-impact digital strategies; at Netflix, she led the platform’s expansion into Southern Europe. But her most defining challenge came as CEO of Taringa, where she led a full-scale turnaround rebuilding its leadership, culture, and product from the ground up, while integrating Web3 technology. Cristina thrives in moments of transformation and complexity, and now, as co-founder of northnode, she brings that experience to leaders navigating their own critical moments. Additionally, she is certified as Life Coach. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her by the sea surfing, kitesurfing, or simply walking the shore, where she finds her balance and sense of flow.

Johan brings a rare blend of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic leadership that drives meaningful results. With over 15 years of experience building and scaling digital systems across startups, fintech, and Web3, he’s helped launch Italy’s first cloud-native bank at illimity, led the digital transformation of Hype, and drove Web3 innovation as CTO of Taringa! Throughout, his focus has remained constant: making technology work for real people. What motivates him isn’t just building great products. It’s creating strong teams, driving smart execution, and solving meaningful problems through collaboration and culture.  Outside of work, he finds true peace and fulfillment in rock climbing and snowboarding. Mountains remind him that growth comes from pushing limits with purpose.
